Congratulations to Thomas Echols, winner of the 24-kt gold 10th Anniversary Minimoog Voyager Sweepstakes. Thomas was so moved by his prize that he broke out in a Prince inspired dance!
Thousands of people entered the sweepstakes by sending in their names and addresses and uploading pics to the sweepstakes entry app. All registered Minimoog Voyager owners in eligible countries were automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. Thomas was the lucky winner randomly chosen on January 11th, 2013. We surprised Thomas at Switched On, his local synth shop, where he was invited to play a set as part of the SXSW Moog festivities. At the end of his show we presented him with the prize & as you can see, he had no idea it was coming.
